Early cash back is available for Ruby Tier (once a month) and Kohinoor Tier (twice a month). There will be 2% drop in cash back percentage for Masti Monday promotion respectively.

JEET PRIVILEGE TIER REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for an upgrade to the next Jeet Privilege Tier, you will need to collect the required Tier Upgrade Points or maintain required Tier Maintenance Points to stay in your current Jeet Privilege Tier.

HOW JEET PRIVILEGE WORKS?

Loyalty Points reward will be calculated according to your choice of casino game. The Loyalty Points are exchangeable for cash according to the exchange rates defined in each Jeet Privilege Tier.

Example: If you have 25,000 LP, you can exchange INR 500 in Silver Tier or exchange INR 2,500 in Kohinoor Tier.

Jeet Privilege Tier Upgrade:
- Player has met the Tier Upgrade Points requirement.
- Player can contact Customer Service for the upgrade.
Jeet Privilege Tier Downgrade:
- Players fails to meet Monthly Loyalty Points required for the respective tier.
- Any appeal on RoyalJeet's decision will not be entertained.
Loyalty Points
- Member can earn Loyalty Points on real money bet.
- Loyalty Points are accumulated and updated in player’s account between 00:30 AM IST to 1:30 AM IST.
- Bonus amount used in games played will not accumulate Loyalty Points.
- Exchanging Loyalty Points for cash depends on the Jeet Privilege Tier Level. Loyalty Points can be exchanged for every INR 500 cash.
- Loyalty Points are not transferable to other players.

From the Jeet Privilege page, player can click “Upgrade” for Jeet Privilege Tier upgrade. This option will be available once collecting sufficient Loyalty Points for the upgrade.
18What are Tier Upgrade Points?

Tier Upgrade Points refers to total accumulated Loyalty Points (LP) required to upgrade to the next Tier. No Loyalty Points (LP) will be deducted after an upgrade.
19What are Tier Maintenance Points?

Tier Maintenance Points are the minimum Loyalty Points a player must accumulate in a month to maintain current Jeet Privilege Tier.
20What happens if I do not meet the Tier Maintenance Points requirement for the month?

You will be downgraded from your current Jeet Privilege Tier.
21What are Tier Bonus Points and how can I claim?

Tier Bonus Points are additional points based on the Loyalty Points rewarded to players at the end of every month. Contact Customer Service to claim the bonus.
22How is Tier Bonus Points calculated?

Tier Bonus Point is based on the percentage of Tier Maintenance Loyalty Points of respective Jeet Privilege Tier to be earned by Member on Monthly basis. E.g Tier Maintenance point of Kohinoor is 35,000LP, if member earns 35,000 or more LP on respective month, 60% bonus LP of 35,000LP will be added.
23What if I have not played for a long time?

If the player has not been playing for a long time, the player’s Jeet Privilege Tier will be downgraded in each one-month duration.
24How much Tier Bonus Points will I earn if my Jeet Privilege Tier is upgraded in the middle of the month?

In this case, you will earn Tier Bonus Point for your previous tier. If you upgrade from “Gold Tier” to “Pearl Tier” in mid of December, you will earn “Gold Tier” Bonus Point.
25How does early cash back work?

Early cash back is derived from Masti Monday promotion. Only Ruby and Kohinoor Tier members can apply for Masti Monday cash back earlier or any day of the week. The cash back received will be 2% dropdown respective to Masti Monday cash back.
26How is early cash back calculated?

If player receives 10% cash back from Masti Monday and requested for early cash back on Wednesday, then player will receive 8% cash back calculated from Monday to Tuesday.
